![]() I’d highly recommend for people who enjoy sci-fi or mystery novels. The audiobook narration was also done very well and I can highly recommend the book in audio format. Everything that happens personally affects the characters that you follow and you just can’t help but root for them. The authors do a fantastic job of hooking you into the mystery of the greater world while still keeping you very invested in the stories of each of the characters. It feels far more personal than you’d expect for a book with such a large scope. Despite the massive scope of the events, the book manages to keep you very well invested in the lives of these men and their crews. ![]() More than anything, the book focuses on how the actions of these two men impact the world around them and in turn how they cope with the things they cause. They both end up embroiled in conflicts far above their pay grade and well out of their depth. The story follows the journies of two different main characters, Jim Holden and Detective Miller, as they end up thrust headfirst into an epic mystery of galactic proportions. 18 ( 02 : 52 ) GELLY DADDY111one Click on the page to activate audio. I’d describe it as a book that managed to keep me on the edge of my seat, but I don’t tend to sit down when listening to audiobooks. Leviathan Wakes is a science fiction novel by James S. ![]()
